GophOR aims to provide you with excellent customer service.  If for any reason you cannot find the answers you are looking for in our FAQs, please contact us at support@gophor.net.

The surgical facility/MD group has requested that I download the GophOR mobile app.  How do I obtain a username and password?

Once the surgical facility or MD group you service is connected to GophOR they will begin communicating with you through GophOR's mobile app in order to: notify you of changes to the procedure, inform you of the assigned start time, and resource requests required for the procedure.  In order to do that the facility or MD group will add you to their GophOR system and provide you with a username and temporary password.  Once you have logged into GophOR's mobile app, you will be prompted to change your password. 

Will I be required to have separate login credentials for each surgical facility/MD group?

No.  As long as the surgical facility/MD group is actively utilizing GophOR to manage their surgical procedures, they will be able to easily connect existing users to their subscription (given that you are providing the same phone number and email for each facility or MD group).  Once they do, you will begin to see any surgical procedures they assign to you automatically through the mobile app.

The surgical facility/MD group I service does not currently use GophOR.  Who should they contact to implement GophOR to manage their surgical procedures?

We are always more than happy to schedule a free demo with anyone that is interested in using GophOR to manage their surgical procedures.  Please contact us today to schedule a demo with any interested parties. 

The resource I need for the procedure is not showing up in the system.  Is there a way that I can add it myself?

In order to keep our systems as organized as possible we maintain meticulous databases of resources used in surgical procedures.  Please email customer-service@gophor.net to request adding a resource to our database. 

I've lost/misplaced my phone or received a new telephone number and need to login to the GophOR mobile app, but I am unable to do so.  Who should I contact for help?

Please contact the MD group your account is associated with.  They will be able to update your information and provide you with a new temporary password. 

I am very interested in using GophOR to manage my surgical procedures at my surgical facility or MD group.  However, I can't seem to locate my specialty.

Because we are a small family owned startup, we are still working on expanding our platforms to include different specialties that could benefit from GophOR's management app.  We encourage you to reach out to us at customer-service@gophor.net to express your interest in our app, and hope to include your specialty as soon as we can. 

I can't find the consent form that I'm looking for.  How do I add it?
